Capacity

To purchase the products and/or services of MYEEL it is required to have legal capacity to contract. Those who lack it, those who have been suspended or disabled, or minors will not be able to access the products and/or services. (In the Argentine Republic such capacity is acquired at 18 years of age).

Parents, guardians or those responsible for minors or incapable who do so will be responsible, including any charges, billing or damages derived from it.

In case of acting on behalf of a legal person (company), the Client/User must have the capacity to contract on behalf of such entity and to bind it under the terms of this document. If the User does not have such powers, or acts in excess of them, it will be understood that he has also committed himself in a personal capacity.

In the event that the data is required by the corresponding legal, administrative or judicial means, MYEEL will be compelled to disclose it to the requesting authority.

When data and numbers corresponding to credit cards are entered, they are encrypted, thus ensuring that they are kept completely confidential and cannot be seen by other people.

By the mere fact of contracting, Clients/Users accept that MYEEL has the right to communicate with them by post, telephone or electronically and send information that MYEEL considers, at its sole discretion, that may be of interest to them, including advertising and information. about offers and promotions. In the event that Clients/Users do not wish to be contacted for these purposes, they may reliably notify MYEEL, who will proceed to interrupt this type of communication in the shortest possible time.

Availability and price of the products offered

To validate the transaction, MYEEL must verify: a) That it has, at the time of acceptance of the offer, the products in stock. b) That it validates and accepts the means of payment offered by the Client/User.

To inform the Client/User or consumer about this validation, MYEEL must send a written confirmation to the same email address that the Client has reported in the purchase order, or by any means of communication that guarantees the due and timely knowledge of the consumer. . The contract will be understood to be perfected from the moment this written confirmation is sent to the Client/User and in the place where it was issued.

The acceptance made by the Client/User is irrevocable except in exceptional circumstances that may cause some items in your order to be excluded from it: limitations on the quantities available for purchase; missing merchandise at the time of packing your order; problems in our logistics distribution chain; lack of authorization to the operation by the issuer or administrator of your credit or debit card; inaccuracies or errors in the product or information, among others.

User Options for out-of-stock or delayed products

In accordance with the previous point, in the event that the selected product or products are out of stock or delayed, MYEEL will contact the Client/User and invite them to choose one of the following options:

Continue to wait for the delivery of the chosen product (in case of delay); Cancellation of the purchase and refund of the amount through the same means of payment used by the Client/User; o Opt for an alternative product offered by MYEEL for the particular case;

When the User chooses to cancel the purchase, the amount paid will be refunded through the same means of payment used by the Client/User.

In the event that the Client/User opts for the alternative product offered by MYEEL, it must contain the same or superior characteristics. In no case will the Client/User be asked to pay additional amounts or take charge of the differences, unless the alternative product offered by MYEEL and chosen by the Client/User is of far superior and expensive characteristics to the one originally requested by the Client. Client/User.

IMPORTANT: for the situations contemplated in this section, the Client/User will have a period of ten days to choose one of the mentioned options and let them know via e-mail. In the event that the Client/User remains silent in this regard, MYEEL may presume that he has opted for the cancellation of the purchase, and will proceed to refund the amount paid, either by the original means of payment, or crediting it as Pesos On- Line in the Account.

Refund of the amount paid

In the cases mentioned in the previous point in which the Client/User has opted for the refund of the amount paid, they must take into account that the refund may take a few days, due to deadlines and administrative issues.

For the cases of return via bank deposit, the bank account must be in the name of the Client from where the operation was carried out. In the event that the ownerships do not match, the express authorization of the Client will be required as an essential condition prior to the deposit.

Validity of promotions

In the event that product offers and promotions are made, these will be valid for purchases made during the period of validity of the offers and promotions. The terms and conditions of the same will be communicated on the Website and/or by the assigned vendors, and will always be subject to the existence in stock of the products offered.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

The published prices correspond to retail prices for the final consumer, and include Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise indicated. It does not include shipping costs, financial costs or commissions that may be added to the price due to the means of payment selected by the Client/User.

Changes, Returns and Cancellation of orders

To make the change, the Customer/User must contact the vendor who made the purchase order.

1. The Client/User must indicate the product to be changed, the replacement product, and the reason for the change. In said communication, a photograph of the merchandise to be exchanged must be attached, for the purpose of verifying its conditions.

2. MYEEL will verify that the change request complies with the conditions set forth herein.

3. Once the merchandise is received by MYEEL, its status will be verified, for the purpose of rejecting or accepting the change. If the product is not in conditions for the change, the Client/User will be notified, in order to remove the merchandise from the address that is indicated, or alternatively pay for a new shipment.

b) It is considered a return to the request for replacement of the merchandise caused by manufacturing, classification, packaging, transportation failures or defects, or lack of identity between what was purchased and what was received. The Client/User will have a maximum period of ten (10) days to return the purchased merchandise. This period will begin to run from the moment of delivery to the final recipient. The cost of shipping the new merchandise to the recipient will be borne by MYEEL. To make a return, the merchandise, beyond the manufacturing defects that it may present, must be in the conditions in which it was delivered and must not have been used or opened. You must keep all your insignia and identifying labels attached, without showing signs of breakage or destruction. In the same sense, the wrapping and packaging in which the merchandise was delivered must be kept in reasonable conditions.

MYEEL will only accept for return products and/or services under the following conditions:

- Products with manufacturing defects.

- Products sent by mistake.

- Those events contemplated in law 24240

In the case of a return due to factory defects, it will be processed in any of the following ways, with the replacement of a product equal to the one requested or if it is not a returnable product with a refund of the price of the product or products without including expenses shipping.

MYEEL will verify that the return request complies with the conditions set forth herein. In the event that the return is authorized, and that there is stock to deliver the replacement, it will be made at the same time, if it were at the point of sale.

Otherwise, the delay period to replace the same merchandise and/or one with similar characteristics will be communicated, and if the Client/User agrees to wait for said period, it will be sent to his address without shipping costs.

Likewise, in case you decide to return the merchandise and not replace it, and/or it is impossible for MYEEL to replace it due to lack of stock, and/or with a product with similar characteristics, the Client/User may choose to: (i) Obtain a credit for future purchases equivalent to the amount of the product purchased plus the cost of shipping; (ii) Obtain a refund of the amount of the purchased product, through the same original means of payment. In this case, shipping costs will not be refunded.

In the event that the communication of the return request of the Client/User it was by mail, he will also receive confirmation by email along with the instructions to do so.

Once the merchandise is received by MYEEL, its status will be verified, for the purpose of rejecting or accepting the requested return. If the product does not present defects or failures for its return, the User will be notified, in order to remove the merchandise from the indicated address, or alternatively pay for a new shipment.

If the merchandise presents defects or manufacturing faults and/or not attributable to the buyer in a reliable manner, which justify its return, the procedure for the same will be indicated, namely: a: (i) Obtain a credit for future purchases equivalent to the amount of the product purchased plus the shipping cost; (ii) Obtain a refund of the amount of the purchased product, through the same original means of payment. In this case, shipping costs will not be refunded.

c) Cancellations: The Client/User may cancel an order, as long as it has not yet been dispatched. For this, you must contact MYEEL within 24 hours of making the purchase by sending an e-mail to its corresponding seller.

If the cancellation of the purchase is total, the amount in Pesos will be refunded to the Client/User Account, or through the payment method used to pay.

If the cancellation is partial, it would be the same procedure as above, but proportionally, as long as the merchandise is physically and technically divisible, as determined by MYEEL.

Warranty and Liability

Products are warranted on a limited basis against design and manufacturing defects. The guarantee does not extend for damages or deterioration that were produced by the inappropriate use or treatment of the articles according to their destination.

It is considered that the guarantee is made in a limited way due to design and/or manufacturing defects, because it only entitles the user to request a maximum of the amount of the purchase, not being extensible to any other damage and/or harm that may be caused in the installation and/or in the machinery where the product was installed, both in goods and people, as well as lost profits.

The warranty extends exclusively to defects in a new device purchased by the Client/User, from the manufacturer mentioned on the product itself, caused by material or production faults, and is limited to repairing the defects or changing the device, according to MYEEL's choice.

The guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage to the appliance caused by non-observance of the assembly instructions or by non-professional installation, non-observance of the instructions for use or non-observance of maintenance and safety regulations or by exposure of the appliance to abnormal environmental conditions or from lack of care or maintenance.
  • Damage to the device caused by improper or improper applications, introduction of foreign bodies into the device, violent use or external influences (such as falls).
  • Damage to the appliance or to parts of the appliance caused by natural wear, habitual wear or wear and tear. The warranty period is 12 months and begins from the date of "delivery" of the merchandise and must be validated before the end of the warranty period. The repair or exchange of the device does not lead to an extension of the guarantee period or a new guarantee period neither for the device nor for the spare parts fitted, this also applies in the case of on-site service.

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product we sell, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund when the product is returned to us. We will pay for shipping the repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for returning the product to us.

Limited liability

Without prejudice to what is established in the mandatory regulations of the Argentine Legislation, the responsibility of MYEEL for breach of contract, civil liability, objective or of any nature, in no case may exceed the total amount paid by the client as the total price of (the ) product(s) and/or service(s) object of the claim, regardless of the basis of the respective action.

Currency

All product prices, their respective taxes and shipping costs are expressed in ARGENTINE PESOS and/or DOLLARS AND/OR EUROS with the change to MULC.

Payment

Once the purchase order is issued, the means of payment is subject to the amount being duly credited and/or verified.

For the payment of the purchase price and the other expenses applicable to it, we offer the option of doing so with a Bank Transfer.

MYEEL is not responsible for failures in the communication of banking or credit entities, nor for damages caused to clients due to an action or omission of said entities. MYEEL is not responsible for the effects of the interception or use of data related to the User and the system nor for the damages or losses that originate with the manipulation made by third parties that access the network despite the prevention tools implemented in this page.

In any case, despite having verified the payment, MYEEL may deny the order or accept it partially, in which case it will only be obliged to return to the client, without any type of interest or performance, the value canceled for the order or product request or service not accepted, or the percentage corresponding to the part not approved thereof.

Payment through MERCADO PAGO

Payments can be made online through the Mercado Pago platform.

The products and services offered, unless a different form is indicated for particular cases or offers of certain goods or services, can only be paid with the means of payment offered by the platform. All information and financial data entered by the User are encrypted.

The confirmation of the purchase by credit card will be subject to the authorization of the issuer of the same. Shipping products within the country. Delivery time

Once your order has been confirmed and the amount of your invoice approved, the delivery will proceed, unless there are exceptional inconveniences for the acceptance of the order by us -which, if applicable, will be immediately communicated to you-.

Deliveries will be made to the address indicated by the User. Its validity is your sole responsibility.

The delivery time depends on the availability of the product, the shipping time and the approval of the payment method. The days indicated are estimates. Shipments are made throughout the Argentine Republic, without exception. by the agreed freight/transport service. No shipments are made outside the country.

When making a purchase, the Client/User receives a confirmation at his email address that the order has been accepted, along with an order number.

Shipping time varies depending on the destination where delivery is requested. Deliveries are made to people over 18 years of age with proof of identity, with an acknowledgment signature and travel form.

In the event that the User is interested in modifying the delivery address, it can be done, as long as it is within the coverage area defined by MYEEL for its sale on the internet, which is the territory of the Argentine Republic. As it is a special management, MYEEL will not be able to guarantee that the change will become effective and it will be the responsibility of the User.

In the event that due to unforeseen difficulties it is not possible to comply with home delivery on the day and within the hours that we have communicated to you as the delivery period, we will try to notify you as soon as possible and we will deliver the merchandise to the User's address. on a new day and time to be agreed, without accruing any additional charge.

Delivery address

The address where the product will be delivered will be the one indicated by the User at the time of issuing the purchase order. It may not coincide with your address. It is the responsibility of the User to report and carefully review the information related to the delivery, so that the shipment of the purchase is made in an effective and timely manner.

Inquiry about the status of the shipment

Invoicing

  • Ordinary courts of the Federal Capital with competence in the matter.

Once one of the options is chosen, the other alternatives are excluded.

Rates - Billing

Likewise, MYEEL may temporarily or permanently modify the rate policy and/or the prices for its products or services due to promotions, these modifications being effective once they are published on the Website or notified by the vendors, remaining valid until the date of its completion or modification, whichever occurs first.

MYEEL reserves the right to take the judicial and extrajudicial measures it deems appropriate to obtain payment of the amount owed.

In the event that charges have been invoiced that did not correspond, the User must contact their assigned vendor to resolve said issue.
