Operating principle: The TBQM turbine registers in its 8 (eight) digit odometer, the volume drained through its measuring unit. Manufactured by Tancy, it is specially designed for fiscal metering of natural gas and approved according to the requirements of EN12261 and OIML 137 parts 1 and 2. The turbine is an inferential type meter. The gas that passes through the meter is accelerated by means of a component in the inlet mouth (nose), which, by restricting the diameter of the section, conditions the inlet vein, taking it from a cylindrical shape to an annular one.
