Postponement of its entry into force, Resolution 138/2020
As established in the Resolution 247 / 2019, the "Technical and Metrological Regulation for Alternating Current Electric Energy Meters", was to enter into force on 22/05/2020.
As we have received numerous inquiries in this regard, we are circulating with this copy of the Resolution 138 / 2020, which in its Article 1, extends the effective date of the RTM until 31/12/2020. As indicated in the recitals of the Resolution: "That, due to the aforementioned context, it is understood necessary to proceed to the extension of the entry into force of Resolution No. 247/19 of the SECRETARIAT OF INTERIOR TRADE, until the 31st December 2020, in response to the public emergency declared by Decree No. 260/20 and its amendments"
