The installation and commissioning of the diaphragm gas meter calibration bench was completed in the second half of 2019.
Another of the necessary steps was the metrological control by the INTI, a milestone, also achieved, in the first months of 2020.
Our equipment, based on a pattern of sonic jars, has the capacity to test gas meters from 16 dm3/h to 6000 dm3/h.
Its pressure and temperature sensors allow us to make the corresponding compensations and verify up to 12 (twelve) meters of the same characteristic simultaneously.
Their posts can be adapted to test gauges whose center-to-center distances are between 110 mm and 152 mm. Each station has a differential pressure sensor, which allows measuring and reporting both the total pressure loss and the mechanical pressure loss of each meter tested.
The flexibility of the software allows you to configure the tests, both in flow rates, as well as in test volume, and number of repetitions.
With this equipment, its adequately trained and vastly experienced staff, MYEEL will be in a position to make the declarations of conformity of the gas meters it sells, as soon as the activities are restarted, and the certificates are received, today delayed by the pandemic. .
From now on, our clients also have a provider with the capacity to offer metrological verification of meters in service, fraud detection, and phases of obsolescence.
Timely, it will offer the periodic verification service, when the mandatory application dates begin to be met, indicated in regulation 20/2013
