Another objective achieved by MYEEL in 2019 is the inauguration of the Metrological Test Laboratory for Electric Energy Meters, a fact that materialized in the first quarter, thus increasing the range of services that we constantly incorporate for customer satisfaction.
Today we provide a service fully approved by the INTI to carry out different operations that involve metrological testing of new products based on IEC standards and verification of meters used by our clients.
Our banks have fully electronic and certified voltage and current generators.
The laboratory has two single-phase tables with 48 positions and a triphasic table with 16 positions. The meters that are tested do not need to be opened because they have secondary transformers in each position.
The reliability of state-of-the-art software allows us to carry out manual and automated tests. At the end of each test, the information is stored in a database that enables us to create a detailed report to deliver to the client.
