On May 8 at the Cooperativa Luz y Fuerza Libertador General San Martín de Puerto Rico in the beautiful province of Misiones, we began the 2014 Technical Meetings. These training days that MYEEL carries out for free among the different Cooperatives of the country They allow us to approach during the course of the year bringing the latest trends and technologies applied to the items that most interest cooperative members. The success of this day included the collaboration for the event of the President of the Board of Directors of FECEM, Mr. Guido Weber. With the framework of a modern, comfortable and very well-equipped amphitheater, the program of activities began.
In the first block, the topics covered were: “Electrical Asset Management as a tool to improve service and efficiency” and “Electronic Single-Phase and Three-Phase Meters with IrDA Communication Port”.
For the second part, and after a renewing interval of coffee, juices and bills, the theme was developed: “How to improve reliability in rural Medium Voltage networks”.
The presentations were in charge of Eng. Gustavo M. Trillo (Consultant specialist in Electricity Market Administration), followed by Eng. Ricardo González (Operations Manager of MYEEL) and closing the event Eng. Guillermo Ogasawara (Product and MYEEL After-sales Service).
The day, which allowed the inauguration of the 2014 Technical Meetings, concluded with the invitation to lunch by MYEEL. This allowed professional exchange in a relaxed atmosphere, affirming the success of these Technical Meetings that we have been developing year after year and with great success in the different Cooperatives of the country.
